Skills
Skills are a little different than attributes. Your class determines the number of skill points you begin your character with and how many skill points you gain per level. You can find how many skill points you get on your class sheet.
Skill points are used to purchase Perks. Perks can be found in the Skills document. Whenever you gain a Perk, copy that Perk to your character sheet.
Some Skills contain a governing attribute, which increases related skill rolls by an amount equal to your score for that attribute.
The current level of your Skill, or the bonus that you add to skill rolls of that type, i.e. a Physique roll is calculated like so:
Governing Attribute + Number of Related Perks Purchased = Skill Level
Therefore, if a player purchased two Perks from the Physique skill, had a Strength score of 3 and a Dexterity score of 2, their Skill section would look like this:
Skills:
Physique: 5
Finesse: 2
Discipline: 0
Faith: 0
Magic: 0
Whenever this player made a Physique roll, they would add 5 to the total of that roll.
You may have skill points left over after purchasing a Perk. Put those leftover skill points in the Skill Points section of your Skills field.
