Effect: If your Power Strike misses the target, and you choose not to add your Strength score to the attack roll, the target takes damage equal to your Strength score.
Precise Strikes
Feat
Requires: Shockwave
Effect: You may now add up to double your Strength score to the attack roll of your Power Strike ability. If you do not add double your Strength score to the attack roll of your Power Strike ability, the target takes damage equal to your Strength score.
Shattering Strikes
Mastery Feat
Requires: Precise Strikes
Effect: In addition to the bonus damage provided, if you do not add double your Strength score to the attack roll of your Power Strike ability, the target is knocked back a number of squares equal to your Strength score.
