Forced Forgetfulness
Feat
Requires: Blackjack
Effect: Your Blackjack ability no longer applies a penalty to your attack roll if the target is aware of your presence, and if the Attack succeeds and stuns the target, the creature loses one turn, or one minute of it's memory. Concurrent uses of your Black Jack Ability on the same creature increase this effect.

The Beatdown Bandit
Feat
Requires: Forced Forgetfulness
Effect: You may move up to three squares before performing your Blackjack ability. Additionally, if your Blackjack Ability succeeds against a Target that has already been knocked unconscious, they receive a -1 penalty to their Intelligence until the end of the Encounter.

Mysterious Mystery Mugger
Mastery Feat
Requires: The Beatdown Bandit
Effect: If you miss a target unaware of your presence with your Blackjack ability, they remain unaware. Additionally, if you reduce a Creature's intelligence to 0 with your Blackjack Ability, the creature falls into a Coma, and does not recover unless nursed back to health.
